Natalie West - Founder
After receiving a certification in professional dog grooming from a prominent Industry Master Groomer, Natalie has been a successful professional dog groomer for over twenty years and has been the proud owner of Doggy Dooz for the past 14 years, as well as a partner in Murphy's Paw for the last 3 years. She possesses a National Accreditation in Dog Grooming and Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and has coordinated many training courses at a number of TAFE Institutions throughout Victoria. This was the inspiration to establish Dog Diversity, a professional dog grooming training school whose mission is to provide a professional and positive training experience for student and animal. She has successfully produced two Professional step-by-step dog grooming DVDs which assist the home groomer and students with their studies, and more recently partnered with Nicky Renwood to produce igroomhub.com.au. Nat’s passion, talent and drive to provide the industry with skillfully trained, caring dog groomers has enabled Natalie to produce one of Victoria’s leading Dog Grooming Training Schools.

Lisa has had a mad passion for dogs her entire life and starting training dogs at the early age of 15. Lisa started Grooming in 1992 and after a long successful career including competing and placing in grooming comps, as well as obtaining the Cert IV in Pet Styling and also the Cert IV in Training and assessment, she decided she wanted to share her knowledge.
Lisa has taught at several schools but found that the way Dog Diversity has our program structured focusing on the welfare of dogs, suited her perfectly. Lis gets a real sense of satisfaction when she see students light up as they progress through the course, and are able to transform a dog.
Taylan has been with Doggy Dooz for 3 years. In this short time she has become very popular among our furry clients and their owners. Dogs have always been a passion for Taylan, starting her working career in a boarding kennel and quickly moving into Dog Grooming where she has found her calling. In recent years her talent, professionalism and attention to detail has seen success in Competition Grooming. Taylan has completed Certificates II & III in Animal Studies and is currently working through her Masters of Grooming. Being passionate, knowledgeable and bubbly has made her a great instructor with Dog Diversity.
Colleen’s passion for grooming began at Doggy Dooz in 2009, where she was able to become certified, and start on her own journey. Colleen has a special interest in animal health, and enjoys working with Vet clinics to make ensure all of the animals she works with continue to be happy, beautiful, and healthy.
