Located in Seddon, in Melbourne's Inner West, Dog Diversity is the brainchild of the highly skilled and talented Natalie West. Nat has been the proud owner of Doggy Dooz Dog Grooming for over 20 years, and more recently Murphy's Paw in Port Melbourne. Dog Diversity has been training Professional Dog Groomers to either start their own Salon or become successful Mobile Dog Groomers for over 15 years. Dog Diversity has a long association with many industry leaders, such as Blue Wheelers Mobile Franchise (formerly Hydrodog) and igroomhub.

We offer a very structured and systematic form of teaching which is tailored toward each individual student’s learning abilities. The courses are structured around Australian Quality Training Framework and Registered Training Organisation Training Packages. This ensures students that all elements covered in the course adhere to a professional training standard.

Our Promise

Our professional and qualified dog grooming instructors strive to provide a positive and vibrant learning environment. All of our courses are limited to two students to one trainer to ensure that our undivided attention is on the student and their progress. This also ensures the safety and happiness of the dog.

Students are taught positive handling and grooming techniques which ensure the dog is groomed professionally, safely and efficiently. These techniques enable the dog to feel more comfortable, and guarantees that the dog is not on the table for long periods of time.
