This course is designed to give students the confidence and knowledge to do a professional dog groom on common breeds of dogs and cats.
This easy-to-follow dog grooming training program will have students clipping and scissoring in no time.
Course will cover:

• Equipment and Maintenance, knowing what blades to use, correct grooming-out techniques, time-saving equipment, care of blades and scissors
• How to hold and use scissors and clippers
• Safe nail clipping and ear plucking
• Correct bathing and drying techniques
• Breed identification and style clips
• Head, feet, tail, body and ear-trimming

This course is held over two evenings, either Tuesday or Thursday, from 6pm – 9pm.
Part of this course will be practical. Students will need a dog to practice on.
