This dog grooming course is designed for the Vet Nurse who has been doing the occasional trim in the Vet Clinic. Students will have a revised edition of the Basic Course. Emphasis will be on fine-tuning clips of six common breeds.
Course includes:
- Breed recognition and coat types
- Fine-tuning scissoring skills
- Information on new products and how to ‘on-sell’ to the customer
- Customer service – asking the right gdog rooming questions
- Practical sessions
This course runs for two evenings, either Tuesday or Thursday,
from 6pm – 9pm
Students will be asked to bring in a dog to practice on.
All Students will be given a copy of Doggy Dooz DIY Dog Grooming. This DVD covers six main breeds as well as equipment and maintenance.
A Student manual and handouts are also included.
